Cancellation Policy: Peak Season (May 15th - July 15th) Off Peak Season (July 16th - May 14th) Full refunds given if canceled more than 7 days prior to the event date. 25% Refund given for orders canceled more than 1 day, but less than 7 days prior to the event. No refund for order canceled 1 day or less before the event date.
Party Max MI / AOE provides services on a “first-come, first-served” basis. A deposit and a signed contract are both required to guarantee equipment and service availability. Please understand that we do not overbook our inventory, so once it is reserved it becomes unavailiable for anyone else. This is the reason for this policy.
