We can provide delivery and pickup to most areas, for an additional charge. For costs and details, see our rental guide or contact us. Delivery and pickups are done during normal business hours, to street level or dock, unless otherwise arranged. Customer may request morning (Mon-Sat, 8 am - 1 pm) or afternoon (Mon - Sat, 1pm - 6 pm) for delivery or pickup. We recommend delivery the day before the event and pickup the day after the event. An adult with a valid Michigan driver's license must be at the delivery location to sign for the equipment. All equipment to be picked up must be returned to the same location it was delivered to and available for PartyMax personnel. All items must be cleaned and repackaged in original delivery containers. Tables & chairs must be folded and stacked in the same location as delivered unless arrangements are made prior to the event. Timed delivery or pickup rate: $100.00 plus the regular delivery rate -- Same day delivery or pickup rate: $100.00 plus the regular delivery rate -- Before or after-hour delivery or pickup: 20% of total rental charge, $250 minimum -- Holiday delivery rate: 30% of total rental charge, $500 minimum. Due to changes in gasoline prices, delivery charges are subject to change without notice. Hourly labor rate is $75.00 per hour, per person. Labor charges are assessed for waiting time (beyond 10 minutes), hauling items more than 30 feet from our truck, hauling items up or down stairs and setting up / taking down equipment. If the customer is not on site for the delivery or pickup, and we have no prior instructions, there will be a delay and an additional delivery charge to reschedule the delivery or pickup.
Delivery and pickup charges for inflatables & tents include setup and takedown.

White Glove Delivery is available for an extra fee. This service includes delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup of all rented items as well as hauling these items up to 100 feet from truck on level ground.
