Note: A 20' x 30' Elite Party Tent requires 30' (l) x 40' (w) x 15' (h) setup area. Elite Party Tents are intended for installation on grass surface. Installation on asphalt/cement requires either:

• a drilling fee of $3.00 per tent stake and filling fee of $3.00 per tent stake (a 20' x 30' tent requires 14 stakes), or
• upgrading to a Frame Tent
